Help! Windshield Fluid Low even though I just topped off

Hello guys. Ive recently purchased a 2019 m4. There's a error saying "Windshield Fluid level low" even though I just filled up the entire tank with oem bmw concentrate and water. Not sure if the previous owner has used rain x or not but what are some fix around that? I still have my CPO warranty, will the dealership be able to cover the cost?

1) Did you fill up the correct port?
2) Is it ending up on the floor?

The washer fluid tank in tucked up in the passenger fender. To get to it, you have to pull the wheel off, take off the liner, and jimmy the tank out of there. Then you could investigate the level sensor. I know earlier cars had issues with algae growing and mucking up the pump and the sensor. Not sure if anything was done on newer cars to avoid this. The job is not terribly hard, but not worth it if you have CPO that will cover it.

I have a feeling the previous owner used rain-x and sometimes rain-x causes gunk/build up.

Rain-X is like everywhere and getting something that's not Rain-X is like almost impossible. (I went through this ordeal recently, RAIN X IS EVERYWHERE!)

You most likely have a dirty/gunked up sensor.

Super easy to get to the tank and take a look. ~20 min taking your time. Just did it myself to swap out the pump. There's a couple vids on youtube, just know you'll probably need one or two of the little clips that hold the cover in place. Complete PITA to salvage them all. Pic attached. Easy to find part number on realoem or ask someone at the stealership to do it for you - clips are ~$1 each even at BMW.
