Titan7 TS5 on M4... staggered size setup

Hi ladies and gents,
Got myself some titan7 ts5 machine black installed on the M4 the other day.

I decided on going to a staggered setup much like the CS .. 19x9.5" front with 265 cup2s and 20x11" rear with 295 cup2s

love the look, and the feel of the 19" fronts are brilliant!!!

Looks GREAT man! I've been wanting to see what a 20" TS-5 wheel looked on a white M4 since I think that's my future plan. I like the 19/20" concept. Also see that Macan lurking... we just traded our Macan GTS for a new X3///M lol

Thanks mate...
I was wanting the CS wheels for a long time but the prices of them are crazy, so found something with very similar styling, but better widths, offsets and more concavity. Hence the ts5!!! Went for the staggered size due to wanting an all round everyday / spirited / track car without changing wheels etc. Very happy with it thus far. Feels much better on the front end now.. Looks like BMW knew what they were doing with the CS and now the g80/g82 series with their staggered wheels, porsche has been doing it for a while too, so jumped on the trend!!

Yeah, I love the macan gts, not that i get to drive it much its the wife car... tried to convince her to get the x3m but she loves her porsche too much... lol

Any reason why you didn't go 305's in the rear? Wouldn't you want more grip if going 11's in the rear?

I can share my reasoning, because a 305 tire has an 11.5 tread width (at least the P4S do) which on an 11" wide wheel is not ideal and gives you that bulby look which I personally don't like.

With that said my understanding from the interwebs is that to run a 305 on a 20 you'd have to run it on a 25 sidewall to avoid rubbing, and not sure you'd want to do that either, unless you were planning on ruining your ride.

Much of a muchness I believe..

But for me, it's only because I already had the 295cup2s on my original 666m wheels and I transferred them over.

Haven't really looked at the 'ideal' sizes etc. but I also didn't like the bulbous look of the 295 on the original 666m either. I think the 295 on the 11" rim looks great

I see makes sense, didn't realize the tires were that wide.
