I have an AW with sakhir interior loaded. Has every option except carbon brakes. Has mperformance suspension and the whole cars wrapped with xpel even the pillars. Has all Alcántara interior amenities as well.

I don't think you will find an M3 in Bay Area in that condition for that price. No one is going to sell their 2018 82K+ M3 for 50K unless it has a major problem/accident. Have you looked at KBB values?

I searched for 3 months and I ended getting a new M3... the 2015 lease beaters were going for that much and right now there isn't much on the market with no more production. You might find something close in dealer lots but the asking price will be much higher than what you are willing to pay...Maybe in more economically depressed areas you can get a smoking deal from some desperate sole who needs the money badly, but not here....

You're right. I've been seeing 2016/2017 in the 55-60k range so just went off that number. I'm not in a rush to buy as the prices on them has been steadily dropping. I've seen quite a couple in the bay area going for around the price range I was looking at just wasn't the right combo or was too late.
