for almost 70k my friend, you can't include pictures taken by a flip phone. My first thought is- was this car ever maintained at all?

If the car has only 13k miles, are the tires new? Why are they listed if they are the stock tires or worse yet- if the tires were already changed, then my worry is how was it driven for its entire life. I would make a new thread with good pics and your detailed specs, good luck
