LRG is dope, love that color. That was my first choice; however, the closest one to me did not have the Executive Package and that was a non-starter for me. The next closest LRG with Executive was too far away so I went with SMB which I also love. It's such a dynamic color and looks so fresh after a proper clean.
Congrats!🎉

So I worked a killer deal on an SMB and will pick up as soon as my schedule allows. Pumped as I was having a hard time on my next car selection until I circled back on the CS.

Here's the deal...

No money down/never do on a lease
36 mo and 10k mi/yr
$105,545 MSRP with a sale price of $84041

.00188 money factor
61% residual

Plus my current F80 needs tires and dealer is covering those for me.

Nice. Your monthly is around $900? Got a killer deal on mines as well. Got carbon fiber mirror caps no charge

I love all these deals. In Jan when I got mine I was crucified by so many on the boards and called liar and everything else publicly and privately. Happy everyone remained steadfast and got great deals!!!!!

So how much better do you guys think these deals will get? The better ones right now appear to be in the 875-925 range all in, which is insane to begin with. If they get any better though, then I may have to start thinking about snatching one of these up.

Thoughts on this deal? To break this down a bit easier, he's an overview.

I have a 2016 M4 that's being financed (pay off is $49k). Been shopping around a bit to get into a CS. Looking to trade in my car prob ($43-44k trade in) and have them include that negative equity, but only paying $1,500 drive off.

Msrp - 102k
Trade in negative equity - $5.5k
Drive off - $1.5k
Monthly - $1.1k with taxes (CA)

36mo/10k yr lease.

Can I get something in the $950 range given the circumstances?

You'll never get in the $950 range with that much negative equity.

How much better are you looking for it to get? 20? 40? 60? a month . . Would that really make a big difference?
Don't get me wrong . . not telling you what to do or how to spend your money . . just my 2 cents.

Agree with the other guy . . No way. That would be less than 800 before the negative equity

So $1.1k is pretty solid yeah?

Valid point, I agree.

Reason for this is, I was never considering getting into a new car. I currently pay $1,021 a month for my car (financed) and noticed they were some pretty wicked deals on these, so figured I'd try my luck seeing if I can get into a CS for the same monthly w/ no money out of pocket & I'm pretty close.

Just asking around here for how much wiggle room there realistically is left.

It could just be dealer speak, but the one I'm working with said that they weren't convinced that flagship money would be available on these next month.

If that proves to be the case, then there is almost zero chance of getting a better deal than what you're seeing on the forum.

If anybody knows of any dealer willing to sell one in the high 800s or even low 900s with 0 down and no MSDs please DM me. As much as I've tried reaching out I've only personally gotten quotes in the 1000s. Any help appreciated.
