Post the rest of the deal. No one can tell if it's a good deal if you only post two random data points. What's the sale price? MSRP? money factor? Terms of lease? Fees? What does out of pocket cover? Trade-in?

that's all i got so far. no trade in. I assume the out of pocket covers taxes, upfront and etc. throwing this out so I can get a sense from the community what I can negotiate from here.

This is my exact build. You can do much better. You should shoot for a sales price of low-mid $80s. A few questions:

What's the money factor on the lease?
What are you trading in? I'm assuming it's an M3/M4. What's the year, mileage, and condition of vehicle?
What is "Dealers inventory Tax 0.1900%"? Is this a legitimate state mandated fee or fluff?

Sales manager was saying this is the best he could do. I think in person I might be able to bargain a bit more, but I don't know about much better.

I'll ask about the MF.
Trading in a 2018 base 6spd F80 with 10k miles and perfect condition, not even curb rash. It's a lease and they matched the payoff so I breakeven on that. Not sure about that dealer tax.
