Gruppe M HELP!!

Can Anybody Help I Have Vorsteiner Front Lip Installed And Was Wondering If I Could Fit The Gruppem Filter,but Looking At The Installation Procedure The Air Duct On The Front Bumper It Says To Remove Screws From Underneath Bumper But Theres The Problem Vorsteiner Lip Stuck On,will This Be In The Way Of The Screws,any Help Appreciated Thanks.

Pretty sure you can still fit it on!
worse case it to take off the bumper.
