I kind of think that’s why he did it. Had enough with everyone around him going after either him or his family. Even if it doesn’t make sense/was an incredibly stupid (but entertaining as hell move ), last straw thing.
Agreee, kind of a breaking moment. He had time to think on his way to the stage though….

Nope, he was seeing red mist the whole way. Once he left that chair he was doing something.

Ironic that an industry that is built on and glorifies sex n violence is shocked when they see it in real life.

That slap looked so staged that I was expecting the lights to go out, the atmosphere to tense up, and a voice to shout over the PA:

The car will arrive in this bubble wrap thing, if you want to be there to record them doing that, you should tell them not to unwrap the car until you are there. Otherwise they will absolutely do it because they are "required" to. They will also detail the car more or less after that because of the wrapping and stuff, if you have your own plans for that, also tell them not to detail the car as it isn't necessary as you will do it.

Lastly, if you have a way to put the plates on without them needing to drill holes into your bumper, tell them because they will absolutely do that also.
Thanks for that. I'll definitely tell them I'll mount the plate myself. I don't have any PPF plans or anything like that.

Tom Segura's tweet not holding back, rightly so.

They were shocked but not shocked enough to do anything about it.

BUT ANYWAY

Officially, the best-looking G8x M3/M4 variant! Including the cover. And they've got a history of reveal just one quarter panel at a time.

Again, I don’t agree with what he did, but maybe if you are 4 inches shorter and 50 pound lighter you shouldn’t be talking shit. This wasn’t Chris’s first shots at them either.

Nope, the perfect basis would be the Alpina B3 Biturbo. Already comes with an S58.

It still doesn’t give you carte blanche to say whatever to whoever you want just because your are a comedian.

Again, not saying he should’ve done it, but they have history and Smith had enough apparently. Chris should’ve known he wasn’t getting up to give him a hug. I kind of wish they would’ve chased each other around the stage for a little bit. Make even more of scene for entertainments sake.

are you aware of her condition?

"Just a few months ago, Jada Pinkett Smith opened up publicly about her struggle with an autoimmune disorder called alopecia, or hair loss. What began as several hairless patches on her scalp extended to more, and she made the decision to shave her hair completely, as well as to share her story with the world"

I just think people should have thicker skin. It's not like he called Jada disrespectful words, called her a hoe/tramp (…and we all know she has hoe/tramp tendencies), etc. He merely uttered a G.I. Jane joke. That was tame as far as jokes go.

Yes I am, but that's irrelevant. Comedians joke about fat people, skinny people, HIV positive people, people with herpes, etc. They all have conditions; even somebody obese or anorexic could be dealing with a medical condition. Again, we are lost if even humor is censored. People are babies.

I'm with Sedan_Clan here despite his affinity for Porsches lol. That was a very mild joke and even Will was laughing pretty hard until he saw Jada giving him the dirty eye. He was put on the spot to do something. Not his best moment.

Will Smith is a troubled man and what the world saw was someone who is very talented but isn't living a happy life despite the $$$$ and accolades would make you think. I hope he gets the help he needs and/or out from under Jada b/c she seems to be the root his ills.

Again, I see both sides. It was a dumb joke and a low one at that going after somebody’s condition they can’t do anything about. He used to be more clever. Smith should’ve let it go or had a witty come back picking on Chris. Reading more about it, Chris has taken a few shots at them in the past. He was the bully and got smacked down for it. Is it right or wrong, I really don’t know/am torn.

The other side of the thick skin argument is that people nowadays think they can say whatever they want because “my rights.” Sure, you can say what you want but sometimes maybe people (including me) should think first before they do.

I agree with you both but what is important here is context. CR told a movie related joke and it fit the setting. It wasn't a random attack. However, what WS did was waaaay out of context for the setting. The Oscars is an awards ceremony, not some street corner.

So extrapolating it….

…should we stop all fat jokes? Not everybody who is dealing with obesity got that way from one too many quarts of ice cream. I get where you're coming from, but I just see the world changing drastically and it's not in a positive way. Comedy was the last frontier. Some of the best jokes are the harshest (…and this G.I. Jane joke was nothing). Have you ever listened to a roast-fest. Geez! Some of those roasts are seriously hard core…..

….but nobody got/gets assaulted.

No matter what is uttered, one person doesn't have the right to commit battery upon another.

P.S. Comedians often take the truth and make light of it. Rock's earlier shots at the couple are because they made their personal lives everybody else's business.

YUP! I feel sorry for Will man. He's got everything except respect from his wife. That is a sad place to be. Man, she fucked her son's friend. How fuuucked up is that shit!?! Now Will's losing more street cred b/c damn, CR took that like a CHAMP! He showed great restraint and de-escalated it even going so far as holding back more jokes since the last thing he said was, "I could...nah" lol.

We all know it's not a good idea to talk about female hair and definitely not in this case. Obviously this is a sensitive topic for her. Will did overreact no question about it.

See that is where I disagree. One, it wasn’t funny. Two, he’s gone after them in the past out of context. I don’t think he is innocent in any of this.

Hollywood for what they wanted. Us talking about the Oscars which nobody would be doing if this didn’t happens. Also, as I said before it is pretty disingenuous to make you living in a large part by glorifying violence etc and then complaining it is out of line when it happens in real life situation lie this. If this was a movie people would of been cheering in the theater that the annoying little bully got put in his place.
