Backseats fly down

So idk where to post this, but today I was driving pretty hard thrue traffic when someone pulled out in front of me (granted I was speeding not there fault) they kind of pulled out and sat there I slammed the brakes car is in drivrlogic 3 sport plus and as I’m slamming the brakes I feel something slam into the back of my seat I think it’s my backpack or something flying forward then I realize my bag is in the front and I turn around and two back seats are folded down and I can see all the way thrue the trunk, I didn’t even know they folded down so I got home put them up no problem but has this happend to anyone else I’m guessing it was either not latched properly and didn’t show until super hard braking, or the lock that locks it in place is broke anyways just thought this was odd and wanted to see if it has happend to anyone else?

lol sounds like someone didn’t latch them properly the last time they had them down. Or someone accidentally actuated the levers and never went back to push the seats in place.

I agree. Maybe someone pulled the handles to foldable position and slamming the brakes made them fold down.

Just pull them back up and they should click when they are secured upright to confirm they are locked in place. You can try to pull them down after to see if the latch is broken or not.
