Can anyone confirm that this will fit a MY2018 (pre-opf) F82 ZCP with stock downpipes? I'm interested in buying this exhaust but I'm not 100% sure the exhaust fitment is the same between EU (pre-opf) and NA cars.

Also, maybe I missed it, but did anyone do sound level measurements with valves open/closed with stock downpipes?

Yeah very curious about this with some upcoming track events I have planned. Valvetronic Designs any DbA testing you've done?

if your setup is pre OPF, our setup works on the euro cars. in regards to decibel levels, it’s a similar volumne to the BMW M performance both with valves open and closed

Valvetronic Designs Hmm unless I missed it, don't think the dBa levels are listed anywhere?

f80 catless https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGKxw3FZHa4
f80 high flow cat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=io2u6egQrf8
f80 stock cats https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPi9voZ12s8

Or is there a different video?

Really enjoyed the YouTube clip of this exhaust.
One of the better sounding setups I've come across so far.

Thanks a lot.

With regards to the volume, that sounds very reasonable, the MPE is loud for an OEM exhaust but not that loud. I'm mainly worried about getting banned from Zandvoort (local track) since they have a ridiculously low limits of 92dB (on paper at least, I've heard cars that are definitely much louder than that).

Got mine in this weekend and installed. Not a great clip of it and doesn't really describe the actual tone but I tossed a few revs with the flap closed and then a few with the valve open.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bKFScVme58U

My setup is stock intakes with drop-in filters, Mosselman turbos, 3.5" catless fatboy downpipes, into this valvetronic setup. I must say, it's QUITE loud at lower RPM and part-throttle but really evens out at WOT in higher-rpm's.

I'll hopefully get some videos of a good drive-by soon and show what it sounds like from the outside.

Overall, fitment was top notch and the ONLY challenging part of the install was the top downpipe bolt. It's just pretty tight in there. Otherwise the usual stuff - exhaust hangers are a bitch to do, and everything else was a breeze. I obviously have to adjust the tips to be even/equal but not bad for a first shot at eyeballing them.

To Valvetronic Designs,
I wanted to take the time to say thank you very much for your hard work. I received my F80 exhaust Sunday and finally opened the box and I have to say that even the attention to detail in the packaging was exceptional. This company even supports Veterans which is very refreshing. Thanks again,
Ian

well it didn’t fit… the mid pipe section that attaches to the downpipe doesn’t align with the bolts from the dow pipe. i think they are too close together when i compare it to the stock mid pipe section
