had the M Performance front lip and literally two weeks on the car a bolt fell off and the wind pressure push it down and scraped the whole bottom pretty bad. I just ordered a vorsteiner replica, cant wait. I wanted something more agressive to match my sideskirts and diffuser.

I agree..Still hasn't grown on me with the CF splitters and Mineral White lip even after 5 months. So I'm thinking of going Vorstiener lip and removing the CF splitters and CF Fangs. I miss the white

The spacers must be used for proper installation. They're pretty much out of sight unless you look at your car from the floor

I must be an extreme minority because I think that it looks better with the new spacer. Before it looked like it was missing something but now it looks complete.

I'm about to drop my car on the new M HAS and looking at lips now. My car is white and I don't like how the splitters look so I have been considering this lip or RKPs lip.

I think the RKPs lip looks the best for white F8X's but the thought how easy it is to destroy a $1600 cosmetic piece on the front bumper has me considering the lightweight as my alternative as they look relatively similar from the a lot of angles. If they could add a better transition where the top of the lip meets the splitter area of the car instead of being just flat, the lip would be perfect.

Is the lip secure by any type of brace/backing in the bumper or is it just screwed into it?

No braces on the inside of the bumper. It utilizes nuts and bolts as well as self tapping screws.

What size is of these rims? I am thinking to buy them as R19 and add some fat tires.
