Monoball control arm bushings - worth it?

I recently got a 2018 San Marino Blue M3 comp now and have just installed the following mods:

- VRSF Catless downpipes
- Bilstein B6s with Eibach Pro Kit V1 Lowering springs
- BMC filters
- MHD stage 2+

The car is an absolute rocket coming from a full bolt on pump custom tuned MK6 Golf R.

I am planning to do:

- front and rear AP racing BBK
- upgraded turbos
- Upgraded TMIC and Front heat exchanger
- custom 98 RON tune

I am on the fence on installing monoball control arm bushings like the ones from Turner motorsports. Heard some good reviews on it but heard some people saying its not worth it and will add a lot of NVH to the car which will mostly be a street car with the occassional track day once every few months. Has anyone had any experience with monoball control arm bushings on their M3/4s?

Worth it for precision of steering feel. I didn't notice much change in NVH but added strut tops at the same time.

Unless you are hitting the track frequently with semis or slicks, brake upgrade beyond pads, fluid and lines isn't necessary.

*This. Good pads, maybe slotted rotors, fluid flush, and cooling if you're tracking. All you need.

I run the turners. No issues to report
