P.S. I hold my Dealer’s License.

It’s convenient when buying parts, from dealerships or wholesale sites, because I pay no Sales Tax. This eventually finds its way onto the vehicle when it’s sold, and subsequently paid to the CDTFA.

A perk is… the possibility to simply purchase parts sans the tax for vehicles not in my inventory. Allows me to save between 7.5% and 10%.

I like this group of G80 haters, quite a few of us are even local to Southern California, so if anyone here ever targets parts, I can reach out via email to the company beforehand and see if they honor the reseller number I hold.

Thanks to your introduction to Donnie, I will be attending BMW's Nurburgring school this summer. Very excited!

I brought home something different last night... I think I might like driving this more than my E39 M5 (which is for sale already, in case anyone is interested).

500 hp and 1200 torques, though it's still my slowest vehicle. (R1S goes 0-60 in 3.1 seconds, 911T does it in 3.9, M5 does it in 4.8, and this truck does it in 5.5.)

I'm currently booked in the second but I have asked Donnie if I can swap so that I can join the RSR Castle Tour on the 23rd. It's not looking likely, unfortunately.

Yup, there are several looking to switch. There will likely be one or two last minute cancellations, so stay on it. I’m locked into the first bc I need to be back in la night of 23rd for moms bday party. Long day that’ll be.

You’re not the only one! I’m sort of keeping an eye on this car. My only issue is the real lack of aftermarket support for this car. With my love of tinkering/modding I’m not sure I’d be happy ultimately. https://www.bmwofnashville.com/certi...10233252ca.htm
