Got the clear bra done at the dealer, digishield. They did a good job but afterwards they told me the installer underestimated the amount of cutting and fitting that the front fascia needed, but they did it right and I'm happy with it. Exhaust is stock but I almost always have it in M mode. If I went aftermarket I'd go AWE Resonated, 102mm in black would be awesome!

That is STUNNING if I wasn't so afraid of keeping a black car clean and swirl free that's exactly what I would have gotten!

We were considering options and my wife actually talked me into the M4 convertible. The salesman, younger, looked at me and said "you know, it's a really good day when your wife talks you INTO an M4 convertible". All I could do was laugh. 😎

With good car care products, black look great. Had a 535 and C6Z06, both looked great after three years. It does take just a little more work though

Nothing beats the look of a clean black bimmer. After having black and dark blue with my previous two however, I just couldn't do it again. That said - gorgeous.

I'm thinking in person it would be hard to confuse as TZB is many shades lighter but in pictures depending how the light hits them it can be hard to tell. This picture was taken on a sunny very bright day. TZB would be popping a lot more blue if side by side. I love the AB color. I had a buddy ride in the car for two day before he finally said "hey this thing looks blue". |

About to pop for SSII/Full Amaro for ED:
(in Dutch but based on Google translate he seems to like it) I really wanted an M specific color and am set on full Amaro. Don't like YMB and wife nixed AY and SO. SSII has grown on me and I think it goes great with Amaro. This combo would work well for our hot summers. Some might find it more luxury than sporty in appearance, but I kind of like the stealth aspect. I have to say that MG/Amaro also looks great, but not M specific and we already have 2 gray cars. Also I am going with the 18 inch wheels, and I think they may work better with SSII: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...1089852&page=2 Any thoughts? Raj |

MG rocks but I'm obviously a fan, while the SO interior looks great I still went with black. Even with the understated colors it still gets lots of attention. |

Pretty sure that's moonstone but that link you sent with the MG one on brown individual interior, are those piano black inlays? Wow those are sweet. Couldn't justify $1,000 for a few pieces of it though... I'm not a big fan of brown so I can't say but IMO if I had the extra money I think moonstone or a regular silver like glacier on RED, not SO but bright red leather would look fantastic!

Seen this one? Roofless and Ruthless. Was the final straw that sold me mine. The guy should get a commission check!

Have you watched the video through? At first I also thought it was Moonstone, but in several of the shots it has a bluish tint, so then I was leaning to SSII. I could be mistaken though. Either way it gives a general idea of what SSII would look like with the Amaro.
