Can I lease a used M4?

Hello, I can’t for the life of me find out an answer to my question:

Is it possible to lease a 2015 M4 (with ~45k miles) that say costs around $37,000? And if so, would it be cheaper monthly leasing it for 2-3 years than financing it for 5 years (excellent credit) with the same down payment ($5000ish)?

Basically I just want the cheapest possible monthly payment without going over 5 years of finance or 3 years of leasing. Also no more than 10k miles per year.

Thanks!

You lease new cars through BMW, not used. Maybe there is some third party finance company that would lease a used car but I’ve never heard of one.

Usually no, but apps like "fair" are allowing you to rent a car, including used cars.

You can lease preowned BMW’s though BMW FS but a lower payment than financing isn’t going to happen. No subsidies like on new car leases means higher money factors and ultra low residuals. Only makes sense to lease used when a company is paying your lease and you want to buy it at the end for that low residual value. This way you get the benefit of driving the car you want while someone else is paying for 2/3 of it.

No.

And OP I would focus more on overall cost of ownership rather than monthly finance payments. Your acquisition cost less your disposal cost is your true cost of ownership (ignoring maintenance of course). Monthly finance payments are just a function of the type of note you have.

There are used car lease products but there’s a really good reason why you almost never hear of anyone doing it (it’s almost always a bad financial decision)
