Just a word of warning, anyone purchasing from this guy should check all products very carefully. Dude seems nice enough but is a bit negligent / careless. I purchased the coilovers / EDC cancellation kit from OP.
On my first installation attempt - I found out one pin connector for the EDC kit was missing and he gave me the wrong screws for the rear seals. Thankfully I discovered it before the coils were installed. I contacted OP who sent the missing pin connector. He assured me the screws were usable (they looked like OEM ones and not the KW supplied screws) which I later confirmed with KW that they were not. I managed to find screws that fit - so not a huge deal. On my second attempt to install - I discovered that the bump adjustment knobs on both front shocks were missing. Thankfully, my mechanic Macgyvered a custom hex key and eventually figured out the default setting. Went to install the EDC cancellation kit and it turns out the 4 pin connectors that OP supplied weren't even from the KW kit. He instead gave me 4 OEM connectors. There is no way to install the cancellation kit without these connectors. The coils were already installed by the time this was discovered. OP hasn't responded to any of my texts so I contacted KW again who will sell me the correct connectors individually. For whatever reason, it's an estimated 6 week wait so I get to drive around for the time being with my car constantly puking up error messages. I don't think there was any ill intent but seller should have been more open / aware of what he was selling. Just letting others know to inspect his gear closely - though looks like most of it is sold anyway. |
