Good Rim Repair Shop in GTA

Any recommendations on a rim repair shop, in the GTA, who do really good work? I need to repair road rash to a 3-inch section of a 763M front wheel (black).

I had a bad experience with Union Rim. Gave me the price over the email, based on detailed pictures. Then, when I brought the rim they wanted to charge me more. Apparently the charge more if tire was on the rim. Wanted to pay cash, they said no, they had to charge a tax. At the end quality of work was mediocre. Will never use them again.
