M Performance Brakes same as standard M4 brakes?

Hey guys, I know we have touched on this topic here and there but I am just wanting to get some solid information about if the M Performance Brakes are indeed the exact same as the standard F8X M brakes? My main reason for asking this is the fact that I would like to switch out the standard blue calipers for these gold/yellow calipers. If these calipers are indeed one in the same, then does anybody have a link where I can buy just the calipers without the disc?

Thanks

According to Auto Bild Sportscars, the front rotors are 380mm on the M3/4. The M-Performance brakes are 370mm

The calipers are the same, but the rotors are different (..and likely the brake pads as well). I have the gold calipers that you're referring to, and I will be swapping them on my F8X and selling the OEM blue calipers.

So are we saying that the M Performance Gold Calipers will fit the 380mm F8X M brakes? Where can I buy just the calipers?

Sometimes guys on the F30 forums sell them or you can go through Tischer or something. I purchased mine through a friend at McKenna BMW.

Those are the easiest to find, with the yellow and orange being the most rare.
