Heard, or actually experienced for yourself?

I've been going to Keith even way back when he was still working out of his backyard and before he had the shop and have nothing but good things to say. Its honest work, at a honest rate, couldn't ask for anything else.

You must not have ever had to remove anything he touched. Keith thinks he is in a nascar pitstop. Literally cross threads 99% of the bolts he touches.
Completely ripped the head of a carrier bolt on my boys suspension leaving him parked for 3 days waiting for the bolt to come in stock.
But to each their own around here.

Nope - i do most of the suspension work myself now and only go to Keith for alignments, mount/balance. When i wasn't as mechanically confident (and when keith was still working out of his driveway), never had issues.

Yeah i havent used them but a bunch of friends have. Zero issues.

You were right in what you heard. Keith is terrible.

This is my personal experience from yesterday.
This may be the least professional shop in Queens. I texted Keith and had a confirmed appointment to have my rear brake pads replaced and a wheel alignment done to my car. The appointment was for 4:45 P.M., I get there 4:30 and didn't even get to speak to him in person until 5 P.M. at which he told me he would start working on my car in an hour. Around 6:30 pm I ask again how much longer, he tells me once the car on the lift is done that I'd be the next car in. I ask how much longer till that car is done, he tells me 20 minutes because they only needed to bleed out the brakes. Almost 4 hours of me waiting, my car finally gets on the lift.
Keith asks me if I have the replacement brake pads. I say what are you talking about. He tells me they don't have the brake pads for my bmw. (Please tell me which mechanic shop requires you to bring in the parts) I tell him look at our text messages you told me you were going to order the pads this morning. His response was "my bad I was tied up". He proceeds to tell me his parts dealer is closed and basically didn't give a damn. No offer to make things right. In short, stay the hell away from this crap place!
