Gauge Cluster mystery blue wire

After removing the gauge cluster I can't seem to find the wire that plugs into the blue connector, I can't recall if it was even there!?

Anyone know what (if anything) plugs in there?

A little bit more digging, and it seems like a plug for cars with Heads Up display?! I don't have Heads up Display so maybe thats why there is no wire on my harness.

Correct, that's for cars with HUD.
