*** Boost/Torque by Gear (% Reduction) - New Map Configuration option

Hey guys, this one's been in the works for some time and we're happy to release it with the 0.10.029 system update.

Many of you can attest to being very hard to effectively put down power even with a Stage 1 OTS map even after going with great tires and setting up suspension and alignment right. We've come up with a simple and easy to use way to help you reduce boost (torque) for any given gear so you can better put it down. 1st and 2nd gear are most often the ones that need some help but we've exposed gears 1-6 for it. Some may even use it to create a low boost map using it as a simple boost tuner

Update is up on bootmod3.net and the Android app store has the update. iOS version is in review as usual and hopefully live in the App Store in the next 24-72hrs.

That's rad! I'm still a little on the fence about which tune I want to go with. You guys keep adding great features which make it very enticing. Is this tune something that could easily be removed prior to servicing or selling?

I just got my 2 days ago, loving it

It's easy to flash back to stock and you can resell it.

Lmaoo! Bootmod3 click flash and done in 4 mins for you first time
All necessary obd unlock etc it's done you only press click here to flash

After your first unlock, every map switch is 40-45seconds

Are you able to do a Stg 1 with low torque?
Or would that be like a GTS tune?
What is the hp and torque numbers for gts map?

I am stage 2 93 OTS and was spinning on a 40 punch with the stock continental tires. I changed to pilot sport 4s stock sizes non-zcp and I no longer spin on 40 punches.

Invest in some pilot sport 4s for sure!

Its awesome that there is no extra charge for this feature. I tuned my truck and the tuner charged extra money for -off road, high idle, and engine brake.

I have the OTS Stage 2, 93 octane. I am running Michelin Pilot Sports on 305/30/19 on the rear. Can you recommend settings for 1st and 2nd gear or what you are running? I assume 3rd and on are full 100% boost? Thanks

Not to Hijack but,

When I flash a new map instead of the quick flash it is taking the full 5 min or so. I am assuming it is trying the DME unlock as well?

How can I bypass this and just do a regular flash/map switch?

Reach their tech support. You’re probably doing something to cause that maybe.
