Max camber on millway street camber plates

Anyone running millway street camber plates, what is the maximum camber you were able to run?

I tried searching, and millway says that an additional -2.3 is achievable, but I’d like to verify with someone who actually has them on their car and see what they were able to get. Thanks much

Curious about this too, trying to figure out if I can get negative 3 degrees on millway streets or not.

Thank you, I have a CS on stock suspension as well, so this is very helpful. Did you need to remove the aluminum braces before being able to get -3.3 degrees? Trying to figure out if they’ll go without that adjustment - I am currently -2.5 degrees in the front.

Also, there are some weird sounds that I want to understand better. None that affect handling, but annoying nonetheless. Any insight?
  • One is a “clunk” sound every time I go over pot holes, or bumps. They seem to be coming from the plates
  • The other is a “boinging” sound every time I turn the wheel while car is static. Feels like front springs not being perched correctly. I asked my mechanic to triple check the spring perches, and they seem to be seated correctly (I trust him, so no reason to disbelieve). His view is that the negative camber is causing the spring to bind a little bit and thus the sound

Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

The camber plates are maxed out with all bracing in place. You may have to remove the brace to adjust though.

I have zero noises from the plates. It sounds like you have an install error. The strut nut has to be very tight or you may get a clunking sound as with any camber plate. The boing sound does sound like the spring isn't seated correctly.

Thanks a lot for the response. Will have it all checked out again - I’m due for new tires anyway.

Something could be binding up as well. Either way there should be zero noise.

I'm currently running -22mm with my uniball mounts, so the poly version's maximum of -22mm is very nice!

I'm at -3 and there is more room. I haven't tried to max it out, but they go plenty far for what you'd run on a dual duty car, which is what the street plates are for.
