Misfire?
Hey everyone new to the forum! Having issues with my f80 m3, hoping someone can give me some input/advice. Im currently FBO full e85 on MHD bef Jb4. So it drives perfectly fine until I put jb4 on map 6 then it starts sputtering when I try to get on it. Local shop replaced my coil packs & spark plugs(NGK gapped to .020). Still sputtering on map 6 but recently started to do it on Map 7 too. Well I took it back to the shops and thought maybe we need to gap them to .018 since were hitting 32 psi. Nope didnt work but this time after a pull it sputtered bad and went into limp mode. Scanned for codes and these are what popped up : 140001 140002 140010 140201 140202 140210 140302 140310 150202 120408. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey,
How did you know indefinitely the injectors were your problem? I have a stage 2 m4 on e85, but replaced my valve cover gasket and put new plugs in and thats when i had misfires, brand new BMW "F8S" gapped 0.020 plugs from FCP euro too. Replaced 80k mile coils with 6 dinan coils, still had had the same misfire. Replaced them with new 97506 plugs gapped 0.022 and misfire went away, but 1k miles later, misfires back at 4k rpms.. this time no misfire CELs. |

Man I am struggling with the same issue. please let me know what you find. New sparks, coils, o2 sensors etc etc still cannot get on the throttle without engine sputtering. Have no issues on my log's. Only thing I can think of is a bad tune or blown wastegate in the tubor but even then i would get some sort of code. I am truly confused. 15 bmw m4 btw with 115k miles. |

My guess it’s something to do with fueling but do a compression check to eliminate that as a cause. Next thing would be to do some data logs where you have a missfire event. Obviously stop if your check engine light is flashing. |
