lol. Being the only one to have a special color of a car they make tens of thousands of is kinda silly to me. Nobody but you and the 500 people on this board know its a "special" color.
A special/limited production car on the other hand...is worth spending extra for.

Yes, there's actually a Medio F80 parked next to a Nardo F10 at a dealership in California right now. I love Medio too but looking for something more neutral. I love Telesto but think its too close to MG justify the 5k. That being said, I've never seen it in person.

Bottom line - do you like light, medium or dark gray? All 3 options are terrific. I think the F80 looks best with flat paints so either choice is a good one, and of the two, I'd go with the darker color because it's rarer. If you add Medio to the mix, then I'd toss Nardo because Nardo is seen more often. It looks almost identical to Cement Gray that's on a ton of Scions.

The problem with the dealership photos is the cars are inside. Gotta compare the 3 out in the sun.

Here's my Medio F80:

As to the price question, I recall (but didn't look it up) that it is $7500. I think you can get BMW Gray Black (ala Porsche) for $5000 - it is darker however.
Telesto is $5k.

I'm glad the price has come down - perhaps due to multiple orders. I was basing the cost on the this thread from 2/2015, in which the sticker shows a price of $7,170: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...ht=lamborghini

I debated the same colors a few weeks ago. Unfortunately you can't go wrong with either. Great colors!

For what it's worth, I chose Nardo (at some point, then changed again) after watching the video below. Plus a local ended up already getting Telesto.

Only the first customer of the paint pays $7170 as they have to pay the develolment fee of $2170. That is a one time fee that only the first customer pays. Once BMW has the paint devlopment done, future orders are "only" $5k.
