P0175 & P0172p Engine Codes - Tune Issue or Mechanical?

i have a 2017 F82 M4 Comp with the following mods:

Catless downpipes
charge pipes
BM3 Flex Fuel Kit
BM3 OTS flex fuel tune

I’ve had this setup for well over a year since BM3 released their flex fuel sensor / tune, however i received the following codes today (P0175 & P0172p). Additionally, the car is extremely jerky almost as if the clutch is slipping, spews out alot (and i mean A LOT) of gas fumes from the exhuast and takes well over 5-10 seconds for the car to turn over. Also when driving, with full throttle the car went absolutely no where, it was stuck at 2-3 the whole time (before diagnosing the codes)

Any ideas on what could be the issue? Anyone experience this before?

What are you using to pull codes? What are the details around the codes? I believe those are lean/rich codes after a little googling.

I pulled the codes using a normal code reader. I looked up the codes and they both revolve around the engine receiving too much gas. I am going to try to reset the ECU using BM3, however, with the sounds and the way the car is currently running, i doubt that will resolve anything….

To echo this post, I googled it earlier and one cause mentioned could be a leak somewhere.

If there's a drivability issue, a reset isn't going to help anything. Check things like injectors, HPFP, etc.

small update. I have reset the ECU and just noticed that the car is leaking gas from what appears to be the engine at passenger side…. not looking, sounding, or smelling cheap either, praying for the best
