Classic! Not only does it go better with my SO/Black interior, but it feels like home as I've been driving BMW's for over 20 years now with amber interior lighting.

There's a reason why jet fighters and airliners feature amber/red interior lighting at night. Sport is for jail cells.

Hm, how do you make them brighter? I have mine on amber, sport is weird to me and I don't know why.

Turn them up in the iDrive first, then use the knob to the left of the steering wheel.

NP. I drove around my F30 for 2 years before I found out you could make them brighter this way.

Have mine set to Classic but lighting of the speedo, tach and several other things is still white? I'm I missing something? Looks nothing like my wife's 2015 X3 which is all amber?

Gauge cluster lighting stays white in the M.

When I switch to sport only the colors on the door and the LED over the shifter on the roof changes color. Everything else is still amber (expect dashboard of course). Radio controls and all the buttons by the shifter are still amber?

Yup, that's correct... and the reason I go with classic Amber.

That's what I though. I thought something was wrong with only my car. Not sure why they would half ass the color scheme like that. Makes no sense to me. Either all white or all amber
