VCG replace NOVA

I have a 2011 BMW X3 xDrive28i . Out of extended warranty and need to replace Valve Cover gasket (VCG) and Induction coil/spark plugs. Dealer quoted prices are very high.

Anyone know Indy shop or person who can do at reasonable prices in Nova(ideally) or MD. I am not very good at DIY stuff
