Lease Offer/Into

Hello everybody! I'm new to the forum and I'm the market for my first M car. I've wanted one for while now (since the E92 came out), but I was willing to spend that kind of money back the. Fast forward 3 cars into the future I'm gathering quotes and I wanted to share the best one I received hoping you guys can provide insight. The offer is:

Monthly Payment: $973
Money due at signing:$3000
Miles / Year: 10000
Term:36 months
Money Factor:0.00188*
MSRP of the vehicle: $76315
Residual value: $46553
Adjusted cap cost: $69,315

Looks ok to but what do you guys think?

2500 lease credit
500 mil discount

I asked if they could do 60mos traditional loan for 0%, but they haven't gotten back to me on that. They must think I'm crazy lol.

IMO not a great deal since January incentives have BMW chipping in most of what you are getting off the car. Looks like you are paying about 3K above invoice on the car.
Based on current info as of January the M3 should have 3500 + 1000 in leasing incentives. When did they quote your deal?

This was 4 days ago. I got one dealer in Austin to match it. The dealer in Houston wouldn't even try. He straight told me to take the deal. I'm still on the fence about if I'm getting a good deal or not. Its affordable as is, but I like the idea of getting the best price possible.

the discount is fair , but not great
I think they can do better
you should at least get invoice on the car plus all incentives from BMW
if they are honest , they can share all this info with you

As mentioned I think at a minimum you can get the car for invoice which is about 6% off MSRP on these and then stack the 4500 in incentives. Did you ask if they'll do MSDs? Some are saying they are back in certain regions. If you already have a BMW with MSDs you can roll them into a new lease. I'm in TX also BTW.

Good luck.
