Is this installed in Germany or at the local dealer? I'm going to have to get the passenger side one replaced since the previous owner must have replaced it with two small pieces instead of one big one
Do you think the dealer will replace the non-OEM one I have on the passenger side under warranty?

The OE film has been present since production started and is one piece. One of the first thing many F80 owners do (including myself) is to replace it with a larger piece of Xpel or similar because the OE piece is not high enough to prevent pitting on the fender above the OE film. If your roads are a good as those in Germany, you won't need to do this...for the rest of us, I highly recommend it!
