Looking at the date of the original post and how much time has lapsed since the car first got wet and a picture that shows a saturated carpet. You definitely have mold issues now. It only takes 72 hours for mold to settle in, and every time it's humid you'll notice a mild bloom inside the car. It appears like a thin film over the interior surfaces, most notable on flat black plastic. It looks a bit like that film that accumulates on the inside of your windshield. The leather was the least of your problems. The entire car needs to be sanitized and if you or anyone in your family has sensitivities to mold, beware.

Not sure any conditioner or cleaner can bring back the luster and consistency in the color of the leather again; that looks pretty bad. Good luck and call your insurance company.

So after much fuss and frustration, sadly it hurts to say it just isn't the way it used to be. I've been directed and have applied Leatherique to this particular seat and the door armrest. After taking it to the dealer where they supposedly dried up the seat a little and door, I took advice to rejuvenate the seats myself. Dealer quoted $750.00 for JUST the seat buttom to be made from Germany on top of the three month waiting for near similar dye of Sakhir Orange to my original Sakhir, and about $1,500.00 for four hours of labor. Sorry for bad photo quality, but in person there are evident wrinkles and hard leather quality of the leather. The Pictures are all iPhone 6 pictures. BIG shout out to a very helpful and generous fellow member on our forum, AYTifosi !! Thanks for going out of your way to help me and answer all of my questions and fairly quick responses and in much detail for easy understanding… these pictures are right after I applied the rejuvenator....

These Pictures are after the rejuvenator was in the heat on the seat for about 9 hrs (Not straight). What I had to do since the Bronx has varying cold weather in and out, was let the car sit running for about 3hrs a day for three consecutive days with the heat on 84 degrees and the heated seat on.

And finally.... these pictures are after I put the pristine clean and wiped down the seats with a damp cloth and dry cloth. Not sure if I used enough Pristine clean and how long it had to be applied/much of it needed to be used. Also not sure if need to leave the seat to be further dried in warmer weather (heat). Anyways....

you can also check for vendors that buy salvaged cars and part them out
Maybe you will find a passenger seat and door panel in sakhir with no damage to purchase |

Looks like the Leatherique helped, but not enough. Can't tell from the pictures. You could always wait until spring when it is warm outside and try again. Maybe some repeated applications would help hydrate the hydes? If the car is leased, maybe you can live with it? Or, as suggested if you look hard enough you'll be able to locate some seats from a salvage car. Sorry to hear it didn't work enough to make you happy.

I still don't understand why you haven't called insurance to get it fixed correctly. Even with a 2-3 month wait for parts from Germany, just get it fixed right and have some peace of mind about it.
You're paying your insurance premiums for a reason, use it!

Had the drivers seat bottom replaced on my E90. It was black. Color was the same but the texture and look were vastly different from passenger seat. They ordered a total of 4. So hard to match. You would think it's easy, but it's not.

I had a different positive experience, I replaced a seat bottom on my E92 M3 and they warned me, might not match...it was a match easily. I think you should get the replacements and make the call then, worst case, put back the current ones. No harm no foul, right?
