Look, here's why you won't see much about Clearshine, that is because it's a branch off of another product but refined so that it doesn't grow mold like others can/do. However, this chemical base has been proven to coat, protect, and shine more than its competitors for less money. Detailing cars is my thing, I would not pedal this stuff if it wasn't good and sure as shit wouldn't put it on my car that has a $7k dollar factory paint job.
I detail as well. The clearshine stuff is cheaper than Chadwick's, and I have had issues with chadwicks molding before.... Was told to keep it in the fridge. Lol

Interesting to hear background on Clearshine. Probably going to give it a shot.

Also interesting to see Clearshine compared to F11 top coat stuff. I see it all the time on Facebook.

Anyone tried it?

True. For their 16oz bottle, I could get the entire set from clearshine... guess that answers the question

Thumbs up

I've been using "WashMist Waterless Wash Kit" since having Xpel and CQuartz Finest Reserve completed early this year. It's completely changed the way I care for my car! Following directions, there are no swirl marks, etc. It's much easier and I can actually clean my car more often now (less pain for my body too).

A pic when it was first completed, followed by hood and trunk pics today in the morning sun:

I have been using it for several months and it works great. Takes maybe 30min to do the whole car.

I have a whole case waiting to get some use. Just have to wait a few more months. Ugh. Hopefully customs doesn't give me hell for putting it in my household goods container.

I also have not used water in many years, except in extreme circumstances like mud and salt from beach trips. I use ChemicalGuys Ecosmart RU, and it does a fantastic job. In San Antonio, we sometimes have severe water restrictions, and that is the reason I initially tried it. Love it so much, I have never gone back. Waterless wash is the way to go.

I'm going to have to try this out. It's pricing isn't too bad at the moment on Amazon so I'll have to pull the trigger.

Do you waterless wash guys use a typical spray bottle or atomizer?

I use the spray bottle which came with my first order. Buy the MF towels from Costco. I may use them twice, after washing them, but not more than that. I use older ones for the wheels, and under the hood. It is much more enjoyable than using water, and faster than having to also dry the car. And I have no substantial swirl marks, not like those that use a sponge and water, and not even close to those who use commercial car washes. Nice, also, that the end result is a nice waxed shine after washing. For those who love the planet, it is nice to know that no water is being wasted. Just sayin".

Awesome! Waterless wash always leaves the car looking better IMO, as opposed to using a pressure washer.
