That's a good time for Bathurst. How difficult is it to avoid the concrete up the top? And that kink in conrod straight looks a little scary also. Seems like a difficult and potentially dangerous track to drive and not for the faint hearted or inexperienced. I'd like to give it a go one day but thought I should get more seat time first! Seems like there are also quite a few blindish corners across the top that could also cause havoc.

Stock PS4s street tyres. I've ordered some A052's for it but need to get some wheels. Be interesting to see how much time they take off.

Ran with Endless MX72 pads & DTUK tuning box a few weeks ago go down to a 1:37.9

What tyres you running at Winton?

I got M2 CS down to a 1:35.07 stock as a rock on super sports. Pretty happy with that. Pissed I didn't get a 34 though

Re: the concrete over the top - I've managed to avoid it so far, but it's not real forgiving over the top of the mountain

You really have to trust your car and be pretty comfortable with it moving about.

I was on for a faster lap on a few occasions (28's), but had the back step out a bit through mcphillamy and again through the kink at 250++....

I suspect I'm going to need aero to go a lot quicker around there.

PS4s are a good tyre - but they're no semi comp. If you're getting a second set of rims, I'd go straight to the a050's.

i use a garmin catalyst, it does far more than just video a lap though...expensive item...but cheaper than a set of tyres so i saw it as a good investment in my driving skill

Wow that is expensive. Don't think i do enough track days to warrant that, due to my roster I'm lucky to make a couple a year

Yeah probably should've gone the 50s, oh well committed now. Will get them next time. Can't wait to see what the 52s can do regardless.
