Is this roof repairable? Carbon Fiber

Hi, while I was washing my car a chunk of the sealant/clear coat came off the roof.

Is this something that can be repaired? Anyone know how much it would cost?

Its repairable... prices vary but its usually around 1k or less. 2m is in san diego and have a lot of experience with roof repairs.
