Possible to source obd2 to enet cable locally in Broward?

I'm got my bm3 license and I want to flash my f83 this weekend. Looking to pick this and enet to usb c cable tomorrow. Worst case I'll have to wait for amazon on Monday or Tuesday but I got a busy week and was hoping to knock this out tomorrow. Also, If you have one to lend/ rent pls let me know thx.
