Hmmm, I wonder who is the more aggressive one

I'll risk an answer to your query anyhow, I hope you won't feel belittled by it

Almost impossible to say from the video. That looked like a pretty severe snap oversteer on turn-in, but the video doesn't show what instigated it.

I think this quote taken from this very thread pretty much sums it up:

I am not sure how much you have followed the "Euro MDM" thread, but it seems that there is a way to make Euro-MDM a bit more predictable through appropriate coding. It seems that keeping "CTpmsMarket" to "US" makes for a "more polished" Euro-MDM.

I defend him because he does offer a lot of info.. this thread he seems aggressive but if you read what the OP was saying... I think he was making stuff up a little.. not to intentionally deceive but probably just because he doesn't know any better (I'm referring to OP claiming to go full-countersteer when it sure appears he did not [during the slide]).

anyway, you're entitled to make your jabs, but wanted to give my perspective, and sorry, I know you didn't ask for my opinion but...

but again, yeah, he was a little mean, but I think OP may be in a little denial
Yes, I tend to be a bit blunt .

Hopefully the majority of folks can (as you do) see trough this and pick-up on whatever good I can contribute

Talking about razzing, in our track group, whomever has a an offtrack needs to wear the "John Deer cap" in the pits

Well it's one thing to be blunt. It's another thing to be blunt and useless at the same time, which you are not

I have no clue. Didn't recognize his name so maybe a visit back once in a while guy. Maybe he thought most people don't track much and just wanted to give the rest of the forum a bit of advice on what to expect from an event. I recognize most of the people chiming in on here from back in the e92 days (for you guys that have moved on).

I think there should be a joint track section across all models for better info.

Hope OP comes back, reads his thread, and realizes there are a lot more experienced people all giving him sound advice and is able to utilize it for his next events.

That's because you ran him off -

I am sure he is reading his own thread.
But maybe he thinks we have no idea what we are talking about

He's right. Clearly the M3/4 is a very dangerous car since a slow gentle spin cannot be corrected even with the steering wheel turned to full lock.

We should all stop tracking ours.

That's a very gentle spin, heh. I'm a noob at this too, but I think it's important to take ownership of your mistakes. All the stuff happening below is my fault:

Sometimes you win:

Sometimes you win and it's ugly:

Sometimes you lose:
