It looks like it. It's either a complete bumper or they hacked up the stock bumper. Either way it looks legit.

Edit: here is a thread on the body kit.

Too much lightroom processing to make a picture more vibrant and give it "pop" will do that.

yeah, not my best work. Lighting conditions are horrible at these shows. I am no Larry Chen, so have to compensate with Lightroom or PS to get photos look better.

Quite the opposite - I lived there for five years. I know the culture well, hence the bosozoku comment. I just think so many of these mods are over the top and soil an otherwise beautiful car. Especially the crazy drop jobs and silly facial protuberances. I like mods to be purposeful and tasteful. There are many fine examples on the forum. Cheers.

The white F80 with Kohlenstoff lip and Pokal GRB 07 Forged wheels (used on left side of the car for show purposes, while Agio wheels were on the right) with crazy drop job (JRZ suspension) did Fuji Speedway under 2 minutes on street tires, so it's more than just drive-able, my friend . If you lived in Japan for 5 years then I am surprised you haven't learned the basic principle of Japanese car culture: never trash talk. After all, "taste" is a matter of opinion, just because you personally don't like something doesn't mean it's good or bad. Besides, most of these cars are show cars for customized car show... what do you think is gonna happen if they all follow your lead and roll in with stock looking M3's and M4's?

Gran Coupe

A 4GC snuck in there..... I've always wondered what a 4gc would look like with M4 bumpers.

Yeah, it's the same car. It belongs to Mr. Otsuka, founder of checkshop.jp - one of the best BMW tuners in Japan.
