Thanks for the response. Have you also used Swissvax Opaque and how do you rate the nano wax in comparison?
Have you (or anyone) applied the nanowax on a matt protection film? Compatibility and effect?

Say what now!?? 1 Month!?? The Swissvax Opaque lasts for about 5-6 months. That would be a big downside! Please elaborate...

Serious question. What would happen if you put on a satin wrap on an already frozen color? Has anyone ever tried this?

I have used Swissvax Opaque and it gives a bit of a shiny finish compared to the other waxes for matte paints

It depends on the area where you drive your car (contaminants) or where you keep it parked (outside or garaged), once per month is the worst case scenario and 3 months will be the best case scenario, i personally dont think any matte wax will last for 6 months but if you are getting such a long lasting effect and you like the finish you get with the swissvax just keep using it, when i used it I couldnt stand the extra shine i was getting with it but swissvax are top of the line products, i use them for my carbon black M3

That's the reason for my question whether nano-wax is compatible with a wrap/film?

Certainly, but that's why I ask. 1 month is nothing for a wax... that's more a car-wash spray-on wax durability. I'd be really shocked if it only lasts for 1 month (and I just ordered 2 packs of the nano-wax)....
I have nothing to compare the swissvax opaque to, so I can't really tell, but I have not noticed any extra shine from it. It however does last good 5 months (garage car; rather random ride, but also long-haul; lots of rain!).

If you already ordered the bmw nano-wax you wont be dissapointed, my car is always garaged and is a weekend car only, dont mind waxing it every 2-3 months

When you get your bmw nano wax, just so you can see the different tones, apply on one panel the swissvax wax and on an adjacent panel the bmw nano-wax, you will notice the difference

Will report afterwards but it is not planned for before the spring (Swissvax applied in November)

How do you apply the wax? Hands or pad/sponge?

Please keep me posted
I apply the wax with a microfiber pad, wax smells so good, that may be the reason why i wax it so often

I replaced those shiny rocker panel wraps that come from factory with xpel stealth film and i am not happy at all, i may end up removing them, certainly looks better than with the shiny ones but a very noticeable contrast with the frozen black paint, my advise is dont ruin the oem matte paint with any of those films

i have the suntech stealth wrap on the front end..and where the factory clear wrap was on the sides in front of the rear wheels..and it looks fine..but at different angles you can see a differance in the color..so i might just have the rest of the car wraped..i do alot of spirited driving..haha

Here is a pic..car is a little dirty had it out and still some salt on the road But its funny the camara makes it look more dramatic then it really is. it also depends on how the light is hitting the car.. yes i can tell sometimes in bright sun light at an angle but i would rather have the car protected then deal with possible rock chips..my last 2 cars..the front end was peppered..so i hope this will help a little..also i think i will have the rest of the car PPF this spring

Looks similar to the xpel stealth, it is noticeable at certain angles, are you planning to wrap the whole car or just the front? Better do the whole car
