Can the same car have different MSRP at different dealerships?

I've seen a lot of cars lately, and I've noticed the same white M3 with three different MSRPs depending on the dealer. I'm talking the price before any options. Is this just the dealers built in profit? Is it different by location?

Basically the same car with same options can be 2-3 grand different in price. Am I missing something?

Take a look at the stickers.

Dealers may have added in stupid add-ons, like wheel locks, window etching, etc..

But it's the first number, before any add ins... I'm talking in the build sheet or sticker. The base price of the car. Not the final amount...

For an 18 M3, I have seen MSRP before any options showing anywhere between 63000-65500. Again before any packages...
