Maybe if it clearly states in the warranty terms this defect is eligible, hault your car payments until they fix it.
No then that will make things worse and they will ding my credit.

That is not normal. Looks like the clear coat isn't properly bonded to the CF underneath and it's starting to lift.

Fucking BMW. The same thing happened on the factory CF win on my Mini JCW GP and now the clear has completely chipped off in large areas. Out of warranty so I'm gonna have to pay for the repair. On my GTS the wing has what looks like a huge water spot, but could turn into the same issue as yours. Right now my detailer was able to make it look invisible but I'm concerned that it keeps getting worse

Please let us know how BMW steps up.

I’m Concerned they will tell us the same thing when our Carbon roofs start to have issues and BMW seems to be going downhill

Bmw won't address the issue anymore. They said it's common in carbon to have these issues.

I feel financially violated in this and other issues with the vehicle.

Here's the link to my thread concerning the GP

Clear coat failure on carbon fiber wing https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1479483

I don't have a pic of the GTS. You can't see any issues with it now because of what my detailer did
