BMW financial issues

Hey guys I'm having a payment issue with bmw. I made my usual payment electronically and it hasn't shown up, it was after the holiday on the 21 of June , so I waited and still nothing after almost a week and I have called bmw financial and they don't have any record. The person I talked to said that chase who apparently handles their payments has been messed up. Is there anyone else experiencing this issue. Thanks

You should be able to prove you made the payment by showing your bank record of it, which should help them clear it up. If you have proof of the payment and they know they have a problem, I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

Thanks I did send a copy of the transaction but I had to do it again because whoever looked at it didn't seems to read it and understood because they were talking about a payment that already posted 2 weeks ago lol. Got my fingers crossed spent at least 2 hours on the phone with bmw and my bank.

Usually you get an email confirmation soon as the payment has been made and I take a screenshot of the payment confirmation page as well, just in case.

My bank shows paid but bmw financial has no clue where it is, but today they said they have a bill pay issue in the system. They found out yesterday lol.
