Info on car status - Canada
Anyone working at BMW canada can give me info on a car with the VIN? The dealer is proposing a car to me but I can't seem to track it with the vin and it's been according to what they're telling me produced in february. But I can't find any info on the shipping tracking site or the CN railway.
I'd like to know why I can't track the car. Is it at another dealer? was it damaged during transport? Thanks

Why not just call bmw Canada?
I'm in the USA and when I wanted more info than the bmw website offered I would call BMWNA for more info.

I did, they just told me ''the car was delivered to the destination port'' but that's apparently all they have

There are currently a MASSIVE overload of cars at the Halifax port (mainly due to poor weather) and many vehicles are delayed by 6 weeks or so.
Tore vent more delays, cars are being offloaded in the USame and being shipped directly to Concord, Ontario. The vehicles are not on CN trains, hence the reason that you can't track it. Now I am not saying that is the case with your car, but I do know it is the case with my car. I've got a complete email thread about it with it being discussed between executives at BMW Canada, so the source is legit and not just a BS line from the dealer. |
