M4CS how to remove the driver's side door panel

Hey guys, does anyone know how to remove an M4CS door panel safely? My tint guy has tinted the driver door 2 times and each time there's something snagging and tearing it near the lock indicator on the driver side. Doesn't help that the window auto rolls down and up each time the door is opened before the film has a chance to dry/cure.

Thanks in advance

you can pry up the window switches to unplug them, then the trim piece around the pull strap pry off so you can remove the bolt behind it. The rest of the door can be pryed off its held on with regular door panel clips.
