Need Help identifying ECU Cable in weather stripping

Does anyone know what cable runs in the weather stripping of the engine bay? This is the large, thick piece near the windshield that runs the width of the bay. The cable looks to originate from the ECU and runs to the driver side of the car. I nicked it with a razor, minor damage and covered with waterproof tape. However I just threw a ambient pressure sensor fault and I'm wondering if this is related.
Thanks for any help.

It's b+ to the IVM which houses relays for the dme, valvetronic motor and ignition coils/fuel injectors.
