Lip was repaired with carbon fiber and it came out pretty good. Not perfect but good for someone who wants an OEM part. I am showing a pic of the lip mounted because the repair is much less noticeable. I can send more detailed pics if requested.

I do not have the hardware as this is a replacement lip.

What kind of hardware is needed to mount this? I've used various other lips and NONE of them hold up at top speed (180+).

I am not sure this is the case, its just a bracket that gets mounted to the underside of the front bumper for additional support.
