I have a 2018 M3 and BMW ConnectedDrive states I am unable to download. This M3 is a CPO. Is there a work around for this issue?

Maybe you don’t have WiFi antenna in the car

I suggest to contact Connected Drive and if they won't be able to help go unofficial way.
