Seeking for some other members oppinion, Ticking noise only on 1k~1500k RPM

Hi guys ~

I did my research through "bimmerpost" and "Google" but could not lead to

any helpful results.

My car makes abnormal ticking sound only on partial throttle around 1000 ~

1500 rpm range.

There are other "similar" abnormal engine sound that was discussed on other

thread, however, my issue here is clearly different.

Any experienced forum members opinion is highly appreciated.

I still have a factory warranty available so my last resort would be to visit a

dealer.
