Who's ready? (F80 M3 / F82 M4 Coding)

I need to see if my order is locked.. Only reason I didn't go with LED was the decode but..... All the info on turning that back on is pretty promising. Might be getting LED after all! Again, great thread, I've got that same setup on my macbook as well

Have the LEDs on the 550 ... they are sweet ... especially with the decoding removed

Thank the Lord ! I still don't understand the necessity of the legal disclaimers. They could achieve the same thing thru an insert in the drivers manual. Yes, people wouldnt read the insert, but neither do they read the disclaimer before hitting next. And displaying it every friggin time is

And I don't need some corporate lawyer to tell me to buckle up.

So what is the story with LEDs? They aren't adaptive in the USA? Why?

Might be because the US road laws are a little behind on the new, fancy high tech stuff

I'm backing on being able to remove the decode and have updated my order to include LEDs... god it looks swank. I'm such a nerd.

No,no no no no, I can't make you Pillpusher do that, I try not to take advantage of kind people, but I have no problem of making Ake help me, since I blame him for some of the extras I had to get because of his marketing.

As I wrote earlier, if have a little helper at home too who could do this, but some things I'm not willing to risk, such as the revenge of the spouse why has been dumped home with the kids and the dogs while the dear old wife runs away to play with cars.

Haha my SO has now gone into status 5000 Planned for Assembly.

I can't drive it until a month today, but I've ordered the cable from pillpsusher.

I'll start a new thread with lots of hires photos though

True on the one side, but also: if you can have the same ammenities as buying them through the options list via coding without cost, why not go that route?

I am so in for the coding session! Need to re-enable the anti dazzle high beam and the enhanced Bluetooth, as I have an Android phone and I think that's the only way I can Bluetooth my music.

Not true. Bluetooth streaming is included in base package.

My android phone (HTC One) is listed as streaming. The enhanced Bluetooth gives you office applications and the baseplate in the middle for the iPhone. I didn't want to waste that space since I don't have an iPhone either. Not sure what we can add back in by coding-guess we find out!

Can't code the stuff I bought

Need to have the relevant hardware (then it could be coded ... but much more expensive this way)

I prefer all the toys, so Executive Package, B&O Sound System, LED Headlights, Adaptive Drive w/ ARS, etc. every option available
