Is this Atlantis Blue, or an individual color? Best guess?

Hey guys, just a quick question on what color this might be. It doesn't **appear** to be Atlantis, more of a faded blue, so possibly an individual color. What's your thoughts?

doesn't appear to be atlantis metallic. (by the way apparently atlantis blue and atlantis metallic are different)

could be atlantic blue... here's the famous one that was ordered wrong by the dealer:
