Handbrake Turn ?

Is it not possible to do a handbrake turn in a DCT car ?

( i know people are going to say get a manual lol But they dont bring manual variants in here )

On my older cars i used to be able to do handbrake turns etc but on my M4 when I pull it up nothing happens. Any way to change this ?

this is not a car that requires a handbrake to lose traction lol.

traction can easily be lost with TC off and a mash of the throttle and slight steering input.

the real question is can you control the rear end.

tl;dr F8x is a tire roaster

^ mighty try something like that. the stock ebrake is weak and not really made to instantly lock up a 275 rear at speed. from what i've heard the dct will cut power / freak out when a handbrake is applied. so might not be possible to keep a drift going after initiating with the ebrake

better off just buying a car built for this sort of thing like an 86 or Z. or learn to drift using power / weight transfer.
