Tires off of a C7 Corvette

Hi,

I just got a flat in one of my tires and someone is selling a set of 285/30 20 PSS that came off a c7 Corvette. Would I have any issues running these in the rear? I know they might be runflats...

Only reason I would rather run these for now is because I have a new set of wheels coming in about 2 months and I would rather just buy new tires for those instead of my current ones.

Thanks for any responses!

They'll be fine the size is correct, it'll just ride like shit and have no grip lol

(I ran them for a season and they compound is different from the * spec, so mismatched tires made for a lot of sliding)
